|
David Ravitz
A native of Los Angeles and UCLA graduate, David Ravitz has been working side by side with David Offer for over 11 years. Since getting his real estate license in 1997, David Ravitz has actively participated in over 450 real estate transactions.
Relying on this extensive knowledge and experience, he is well-qualified to help clients understand the nuances of purchase agreements, disclosures, escrow instructions and amendments, the inspection contingency process, city-mandated retrofitting, etc. David’s other responsibilities include writing offers and counter offers; and being on point with the escrow and title officers. In a nutshell, David Ravitz is a vital part of the David Offer Team.
When not working, David (a former UCLA baseball player) is an avid sports fan, a competitive Scrabble player and an improving paddle tennis player.
Lauren Rodriguez
Lauren Rodriguez is a new and exciting addition to the David Offer Team. Prior to joining the Team, she worked an extremely challenging desk at an entertainment law firm in Beverly Hills for ten years. This position afforded Lauren the opportunity to interact and communicate effectively with high profile clientele, as well as managers, agents and the like. It also allowed her to perfect her organizational skills while tending to heavy paperwork in a timely manner. Lauren’s experience as a legal assistant has resulted in a smooth transition to the real estate industry.
Lauren’s specialty is managing all aspects of a busy office while remaining calm, professional and pleasant. She processes escrow paperwork from inception to completion, answers the active telephones, schedules and confirms appointments, and keeps daily calendars for David Offer, David Ravitz and herself. In addition, Lauren oversees the Team’s advertising and marketing programs. Lauren not only handles all these responsibilities with efficiency, but she is also excited to embark on her new career and is committed to providing high quality customer service for David’s clientele.
When you call David Offer’s office, chances are Lauren will be the first person you speak with and she will be more than happy to attend to your needs. However, when Lauren is not in the office, it is likely that she is entertaining her friends and family with a home cooked meal, relaxing by the pool, reading a book or shopping.
