 David Ravitz
A native of Los Angeles and UCLA graduate, David Ravitz has been working side by side with David Offer for over 15 years. Since getting his real estate license in 1997, David Ravitz has actively participated in over 600 real estate transactions with David.
Relying on this extensive knowledge and experience, he is well-qualified to help clients understand the nuances of purchase agreements, disclosures, escrow instructions and amendments, the inspection contingency process, city-mandated retrofitting, etc. David's other responsibilities include writing offers and counter offers; and being on point with the escrow and title officers. In a nutshell, David Ravitz is a vital part of the David Offer Team.
David is a former UCLA baseball player, an improving paddle tennis player and a proud newer papa.
 Lauren Rodriguez
Lauren Rodriguez joined the David Offer Team in July of 2007. Lauren has since obtained her real estate license and has actively participated in numerous real estate transactions. Prior to joining the David Offer Team, she worked an extremely challenging desk at an entertainment law firm in Beverly Hills for ten years.
Lauren's specialty is managing all aspects of a busy office while remaining calm, professional and pleasant. She processes escrow paperwork from inception to completion and oversees the Team's advertising and marketing programs. Lauren not only handles all these responsibilities with efficiency, but she is committed to doing so while providing high quality customer service for David's clientele.
When Lauren is not in the office, it is likely that she is entertaining her friends and family with a home cooked meal, relaxing by the pool or reading a book.
 Jade Port
Jade is the newest member of the David Offer Team, having joined the group in 2011 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Jade manages and answers the active telephones, schedules and confirms appointments and keeps daily calendars for David Offer, David Ravitz, Lauren Rodriguez and herself. Jade also does showings for both David's buyers and sellers. In addition, Jade overlooks and maintains the davidoffer.com website, property slideshow and marketing brochures.
When you call David Offer's office, chances are Jade will be the first person you speak with and she will be more than happy to attend to your needs. On her days off, Jade likes to spend her days outdoors with friends and family.
