David Ravitz
A native of Los Angeles and UCLA graduate, David Ravitz has been working side by side with David Offer for over 29 years. Since getting his real estate license in 1997, David Ravitz has actively participated in 1,095 real estate transactions with David. Relying on this extensive knowledge and experience, he is well-qualified to help clients understand the nuances of purchase agreements, disclosures, escrow instructions and amendments, the inspection contingency process, city-mandated retrofitting, etc. David's other responsibilities include writing offers and counter offers; and being on point with the escrow and title officers. In a nutshell, David Ravitz is a vital part of the David Offer Team.
David is a former professional and UCLA baseball player, an improving paddle tennis player and a proud father of two.
Rim Bayaa
Rim Bayaa graduated with degrees in Law, Economics, and Foreign Languages from the University of Nantes, France. She spent two years in Japan obtaining a Master's degree in Interpretation. She has been working in Real Estate ever since she moved to Los Angeles in 2010. Rim is responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly. She processes the transactions from start to finish in the most efficient way possible. Never one to shy away from a hefty workload, Rim multitasks with both speed and accuracy, and can solve any hiccups that may arise.
When she's not at work, Rim loves to discover new restaurants and watch movies.
Chelsea Fixelle
Chelsea plays a key role in delivering a seamless, high-level client experience from first showing through closing. She leads client communications, advises buyers throughout their home search, and manages the full transaction process, overseeing everything from scheduling strategy and negotiations to escrow coordination and contract execution. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate challenges help keep even the most complex deals moving forward smoothly.
Originally from Dana Point, California, Chelsea earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Arizona State University. Now based in Venice, she brings strong communication skills, market insight, and a relationship-first mindset to every client she serves. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring Los Angeles’ ever-evolving food scene.
